Aurélia Bortone-Bouvet is a strategy and AI transformation leader with experience spanning consulting, healthcare technology, and executive operations. Currently Chief of Staff at AMI Labs, she works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business transformation, and organizational strategy, helping shape the company’s growth and operational agenda.
Before joining AMI Labs, Aurélia spent more than four years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she progressed from Associate to Project Leader. At BCG, she specialized in functional and generative AI transformation programs for large international companies across industries. She also played a central role in the firm’s AI enablement efforts, leading the Paris office upskilling program and contributing to the 2025 edition of BCG’s global AI at Work report, which analyzed how AI is reshaping the workplace through insights gathered from more than 10,000 respondents worldwide.
Earlier in her career, Aurélia held operational and strategy roles at Nabla, the AI healthcare company focused on clinician productivity and medical documentation. She also gained experience in finance and public-sector consulting through roles at BNP Paribas and the European Space Agency.
A graduate of HEC Paris, Aurélia combines strong analytical capabilities with international exposure and multilingual communication skills, speaking French, English, Spanish, and conversational Chinese. Her background reflects a consistent focus on innovation, leadership, and the practical deployment of AI at scale.
