Léopold Treppoz is a French entrepreneur and operator currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at AMI (Advanced Machine Intelligence), where he contributes to building next-generation AI systems focused on real-world understanding, memory, and reasoning.

He previously co-founded Mediflash, a healthcare staffing platform designed to improve working conditions for caregivers by enabling flexible, independent work arrangements. Over six years, he played a key role in scaling the company, leading sales and finance teams, fundraising, and recruitment.

Léopold also brings experience in venture capital as an investor at UNICO and as a former analyst at Bpifrance, where he evaluated European private equity and venture funds.

He began his career in business development and operations across startups and corporate environments, and holds degrees from HEC Paris, including the X-HEC Entrepreneurs program.
