Marina Farthouat is helping AMI Labs build and grow its team, drawing on extensive experience designing people strategies and organizational cultures for international startups and scaleups. Before joining AMI, she served as Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Oyster and as Vice President of People at ClickHouse.

Earlier, Farthouat held senior human-resources leadership roles covering Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific at Elastic and Asurion. Her expertise spans organizational development, leadership, talent, employee engagement, performance management and employment law. She holds a master’s degree in human resource management, studied law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and completed executive development and organizational leadership programs at INSEAD.
