Sonia Rattan leads talent strategy and acquisition at AMI Labs, where she helps build the company’s technical and research teams. She specializes in recruiting for complex roles spanning AI research, machine learning, computer vision, engineering, product and go-to-market leadership, while also advising growing companies on interview design, compensation, job structures and recruitment systems.

Before joining AMI Labs, Rattan served as Head of Talent at Moonvalley and worked with startups as a fractional AI and machine-learning recruiting adviser, including helping establish Intercom’s research lab in Dublin. She previously recruited the foundational team for a new Snowflake research lab and spent more than eight years at Google, where she led global AI and research hiring initiatives across areas including Google Brain, machine perception, health, quantum computing, multimodal AI and computer vision.
